Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
